By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or allowing work to be performed by Priority Auto Bham, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Mobile Service Nature
Priority Auto Bham provides mobile automotive repair and diagnostic services at customer-selected locations, including homes, workplaces, or other approved locations. Services are subject to weather, safety, space, and environmental conditions. If a location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, service may be rescheduled or declined.
2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on visible conditions and customer-provided information.

Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, expertise, and testing.

Labor and parts pricing will be communicated before additional work is performed whenever possible.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN if requested).

Ensure the vehicle is accessible, safe, and legally parked.

Remove personal belongings that could interfere with service.

Disclose known issues or recent repairs that may affect diagnostics.
Priority Auto Bham is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
4. Parts & Repairs

Customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty.

Priority Auto Bham is not responsible for part defects from third-party manufacturers.

Some repairs may reveal additional or underlying issues, especially on older or high-mileage vehicles.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future service.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice.

No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a service or trip fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Priority Auto Bham is not responsible for:

Pre-existing vehicle conditions or failures

Damage caused by worn, rusted, or previously damaged components

Manufacturer defects or recalls

Loss of use, downtime, or indirect damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Priority Auto Bham reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions

Abusive or inappropriate behavior

Illegal or unethical requests
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Priority Auto Bham operates.
